We envision a society where all people are valued, respected and have the opportunity to work to full potential!

DECSA is a community based, non-profit organization with over 20 years of experience in the development of services designed to assist individuals with employment barriers to achieve paid employment.

DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. Individualized one on one and group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

Opportunity Plus Orientation Dates 569 hits
Orientation dates for the Opportunity Plus program have been posted. The Opportunity Plus program is designed to provide women who have left an abusive relationship with up to twelve months of full time programming to learn skills and access support to enable them to succeed in employment or education and to become self- sufficient.
