DECSA is a community based, charitable organization, working hard to eliminate violence against women and the exploitation of women. As well, DECSA is dedicated to helping people with high barriers to improve their lives through education and employment.

You can be a part of ensuring our programs continue to reach and help the people that need them the most in our community. Together we can succeed in achieving the following:

• Community: we can help connect people, build communities and protect individuals.
• Opportunity: we can help people better provide for themselves and their families through meaningful employment.
• Environment: we can help promote a safer and more protective living environment.
• Health: we can help individuals lead longer, healthier lives.
• Education: we can help more people get access to better education.
• Society: we can help ensure  people have a safe place to live.
• Everything else: sometimes the best ideas don't fit into a category.
