Employer and Employee Support

Provides workplace support for employers, employees with disabilities and co-workers.

Assistive Technology and Training

Helps employees with disabilities and their employers improve workplace performance and employee rention. DECSA provides Assistive Technology Assessments and training for persons with disabilities through the Disability Related Employment Services Supports Program (DRES).

Learning Resource Centre & Labour Market Centre
Our Learning Resource Centre provides access to literacy modules and essential skill competencies as they relate to occupational goals. The Labour Market Centre provides job seekers with employment and educational resources and support, use of computers, photocopier, fax and TTY access.

Brain Fitness Program (fee for service)

More and more people want to know how to keep their brains active and healthy as they age. DECSA is excited to present a unique brain fitness program.
