Employer and Employee Support
Provides workplace support for employers, employees with disabilities and co-workers.
Assistive Technology and Training
Helps employees with disabilities and their employers improve workplace performance and employee rention. DECSA provides Assistive Technology Assessments and training for persons with disabilities through the Disability Related Employment Services Supports Program (DRES).
Learning Resource Centre & Labour Market Centre
Our Learning Resource Centre provides access to literacy modules and essential skill competencies as they relate to occupational goals. The Labour Market Centre provides job seekers with employment and educational resources and support, use of computers, photocopier, fax and TTY access.
