DECSA provides recruitment, retention and training opportunities to employers that meet the needs of the changing labour market. DECSA's staff are well trained in human resource functions and can provide specialized recruitment for staffing which may include assessments, pre-screening and related HR roles.

 

DECSA provides extensive follow-up support to clients being placed in employment. This provides additional assurance to both the employer and employee that job retention is being addressed and lines of problem solving and communication remain open.
